Questions before you buy

Is this official?

No, the AB-620 bundle is not official. Overqual is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Microsoft.

Does it include real exam questions?

No, the AB-620 bundle contains no exam questions, and every practice question is original.

How is the AB-620 bundle different from Microsoft's free materials?

Microsoft's free pages set out what the AB-620 exam covers. The AB-620 bundle adds a 60-page study guide that covers every exam domain, and two practice exams with 120 original questions, every answer explained. When Microsoft revises the exam, a new edition follows if the changes warrant it, included while your access lasts. Take Microsoft's AB-620 practice assessment as well; none of the bundle's questions come from it.

How do I get updates?

Updates to the AB-620 bundle arrive as new editions. Every bundle includes 6 months of access: download the PDFs, and any new editions, until 6 months after your purchase date. Download each new edition at overqual.com/download with the license key from your receipt email. The change log on the exam facts page says what changed.

Can I get a refund?

No. Sales of the AB-620 bundle are final, because downloaded PDFs cannot be returned. Read the free exam facts and try the 5 free sample questions first. If a download fails or you paid twice by mistake, contact Overqual to have the download fixed or the second payment refunded.

Does AB-620 replace PL-200, PL-600 or the Copilot Studio Applied Skills credential?

AB-620 is not listed as the replacement for any retiring exam or credential in Microsoft's retirement tables. Microsoft's June 2026 credentials roundup recommends AB-410 for the retiring PL-200 and says "No new Certification is planned" for PL-600 and PL-500, and Microsoft's Mar 31, 2026 post suggests Exam AB-100 to people preparing for PL-600. The exam retirement page lists the Applied Skills credential "Create agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio" with a retirement date of Jul 8, 2026 and names no successor. AB-620 is the only exam for the AI Agent Builder Associate certification, per Microsoft's announcement.

Does AB-620 include labs or hands-on tasks?

AB-620 may include interactive items: the certification page says "This exam will be proctored. You may have interactive components to complete as part of this exam." Microsoft does not publish a list of exams with labs, and the 120-minute exam time matches the row for associate exams that may contain labs in the exam duration table. The overview pages shown when the exam launches say whether labs are included.

Is AB-620 still in beta?

No, AB-620 is listed as generally available in Microsoft's June 2026 credentials roundup, and the certification page carries no beta label and lists 13 exam languages. Microsoft's Mar 31, 2026 preview said the beta would be available in April 2026, and its Apr 21, 2026 announcement called the exam "currently in beta"; Microsoft has not printed the exact date the exam left beta.

Ready for AB-620?

Which Microsoft platform pieces does the AB-620 outline name?

Copilot Studio is the center of the AB-620 outline. Around it the outline names Power Platform connectors, flows and pipelines, agents built in Microsoft Foundry and Microsoft Fabric, and Azure services for search, models and monitoring. The Copilot Studio documentation for these features covers agents on the standard harness, and it labels the items marked (preview) below as preview features.
