Questions before you buy

Is this official?

No, the AB-410 bundle is not official. Overqual is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Microsoft.

Does it include real exam questions?

No, the AB-410 bundle contains no exam questions, and every practice question is original.

How is the AB-410 bundle different from Microsoft's free materials?

Microsoft's free pages set out what the AB-410 exam covers. The AB-410 bundle adds a 55-page study guide that covers every exam domain, and two practice exams with 120 original questions, every answer explained. When Microsoft revises the exam, a new edition follows if the changes warrant it, included while your access lasts. Take Microsoft's AB-410 practice assessment as well; none of the bundle's questions come from it.

How do I get updates?

Updates to the AB-410 bundle arrive as new editions. Every bundle includes 6 months of access: download the PDFs, and any new editions, until 6 months after your purchase date. Download each new edition at overqual.com/download with the license key from your receipt email. The change log on the exam facts page says what changed.

Can I get a refund?

No. Sales of the AB-410 bundle are final, because downloaded PDFs cannot be returned. Read the free exam facts and try the 5 free sample questions first. If a download fails or you paid twice by mistake, contact Overqual to have the download fixed or the second payment refunded.

How is AB-410 different from PL-200?

AB-410 keeps PL-200's core of Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate, drops PL-200's Power Pages bullets and its "Manage environments" group, and adds an AI layer: prompt columns, row summaries, generative pages, prompts and AI models in AI Hub, and a Copilot Studio agent created from a canvas app. The weights moved too: logic and automation is 40-45% on AB-410 against 25-30% on PL-200, which retired on Aug 31, 2026. Microsoft's announcement lists AB-410 as the related new credential for PL-200 and the exam to prepare for and take instead. Sources: Microsoft's AB-410 study guide, Microsoft's PL-200 study guide, Microsoft announcement.

Does AB-410 include labs?

AB-410 "may have interactive components", according to the certification page, and Microsoft does not publish which exams contain labs because labs can be removed at any time. The 120-minute duration matches the row in Microsoft's table for associate and expert exams that may contain labs; the exam's overview pages, shown when you launch it, say whether labs are included. Source: exam duration and experience.

Can you use Microsoft Learn during AB-410?

Yes, AB-410 is an associate exam, and Microsoft Learn opens in a split screen during associate and expert exams: everything on learn.microsoft.com except Q&A, Practice Assessments and your profile. No extra time is added, the timer keeps running, and browsing is limited to the Learn domain, so it is for a lookup or two, not for every question. Source: exam duration and experience.

Which parts of Microsoft Power Platform does the outline name?

Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate and the prompts and AI models in AI Hub account for most of the 48 AB-410 skill bullets; the rest cover solution design, environments and ALM. Power Pages, Copilot Studio and Power BI are named in the audience profile or the product tags: Copilot Studio has one bullet (creating an agent from a canvas app), and there is no bullet on building a Power Pages site or a Power BI report.
