Questions before you buy

Is this official?

No, the AI-103 bundle is not official. Overqual is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Microsoft.

Does it include real exam questions?

No, the AI-103 bundle contains no exam questions, and every practice question is original.

How is the AI-103 bundle different from Microsoft's free materials?

Microsoft's free pages set out what the AI-103 exam covers. The AI-103 bundle adds a 60-page study guide that covers every exam domain, and two practice exams with 120 original questions, every answer explained. When Microsoft revises the exam, a new edition follows if the changes warrant it, included while your access lasts.

How do I get updates?

Updates to the AI-103 bundle arrive as new editions. Every bundle includes 6 months of access: download the PDFs, and any new editions, until 6 months after your purchase date. Download each new edition at overqual.com/download with the license key from your receipt email. The change log on the exam facts page says what changed.

Can I get a refund?

No. Sales of the AI-103 bundle are final, because downloaded PDFs cannot be returned. Read the free exam facts and try the 5 free sample questions first. If a download fails or you paid twice by mistake, contact Overqual to have the download fixed or the second payment refunded.

How does AI-103 differ from AI-102?

AI-103 replaces AI-102 (Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate), which retired on Jun 30, 2026: Microsoft's announcement names the Azure AI Apps and Agents Developer Associate certification as the replacement (Microsoft announcement, retired exams), and the AI-102 page says the certification and its renewal assessment are retired (AI-102 page). AI-103 gives you 120 minutes against AI-102's 100 (AI-103 page). Its outline lists five skill areas built around Microsoft Foundry, with generative AI and agentic solutions as one 30-35% domain; AI-102's page listed six areas, with generative AI, agentic solutions, natural language processing and knowledge mining as separate items (Microsoft's AI-103 study guide).

Does AI-103 include labs, and can I use Microsoft Learn during the exam?

AI-103's exam page says you may have interactive components to complete as part of the exam (AI-103 page). Microsoft does not share which exams contain labs, and the exam introduction says whether yours does (exam FAQ); its duration table puts 120-minute associate exams in the row that may contain labs, with 140 minutes of seat time (exam duration). Microsoft Learn opens in a split screen during associate and expert exams, except Q&A, practice assessments and your profile, and no extra time is added.

How many questions does AI-103 have, and what score passes?

AI-103 has no published question count; Microsoft says most of its certification exams contain 40-60 questions (exam duration). You have 120 minutes (AI-103 page). Scores are scaled on a 1-1,000 range and 700 passes; there is no penalty for guessing (exam scoring).
